Project Coordinator for Family Learning. Duties included developing and initiating Family Learning courses, liaising directly with principals/head teachers of Primary Schools (catering to the needs of parents whose children were between the ages of 5 to 12 years) identified learning needs required to improve parents communication skills along with their parental skills and their interactions with school authorities. Developed training programs and materials for PTA (parent teacher associations) and school council members empowering members to engage in the petitioning/lobbying of local/central government policies.
